Synopsis:
Conan heads to Minato Mirai in Yokohama with Ran, Sonoko and Togo accompanied by Masumi Sera, who loves motorcycles. They are on their way to a motorcycle event called the Kanagawa Festival. Suddenly, a mysterious black motorcycle appears, driving recklessly and even leaping over the car carrying Conan and the others. The one pursuing it is the same policewoman whom Ran once saw before. None other than Chihaya Hagiwara of the Kanagawa Prefectural Police Traffic Mobile Unit.
